Recepies might coincide with our nations’ traditional food I guess but this is Armenian cuisine
I have to say absolutely objectively this is the best food website I have ever seen. Why? Simply because Anna takes time to show her own cooking step by step with pictures. Even the most difficult dish becomes very easy to cook following her explanation with pictures. You know how to start and you know how it should look after every step.
This is the very first thing which I cooked with her recepie. Came out beautiful and tasty, very nice and I love it and am going it make it today again!

You will need
3 eggs
150 gr. butter
200 gr. sour-cream
1 tea spoon baking soda
1 table spoon sugar
200 gr walnut
200 gr sugar
300 gr flour
You need to grind walnuts in a blender
How to make a dough.You need t o pour the flour on the table and add the butter.
You need to mix it and add a pinch of salt
Add the baking soda in the eggs and beat up a little bit with spoon
Add the sour cream and a tablespoon of sugar
Add the liquid mass to the flour and mix the dough.
Prepare stuffing,add 150 gr sugar to the nut paste and add 1 tablespoon cinnamon
We make such such squares out of the dough and put the stuffing on it.
And we form a bagel like this
Now we just need to send them into beforehand warmed up at thetemperature 180 oven the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
While it is hot add with grated powdered sugar.
